Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work has lately been under heavy scrutiny for not being...well.... diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Let's talk about how we arrived here, and what we can do to get our DEI efforts back on track to help our workforces, as opposed to DEI efforts being seen as divisive work.

The DEI Change Management Workshop

This keynote demonstrates how to leverage the eight-step process for leading change popularized by Harvard professor Dr. John Kotter to deliver DEI change for organizations. We will overlay the change management framework with information from DEI specific texts. We will also utilize research from the Society of Human Resource Management, as many of the processes that we will seek to impact in the workshop are Human Resources processes.

Attendees will be introduced to the DiSC personality assessment tool, which categorizes behavior into four primary styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.
